Group classes

Train together, grow together.


Group fitness sessions combine expert coaching with the energy and motivation of a supportive community. Whether you’re here to improve strength, boost endurance, or simply enjoy moving your body, you’ll find an inclusive environment that celebrates progress at every level.


Each class is structured to challenge you while allowing your body to move naturally through the range of motion natural to the human body. Expect teamwork, encouragement, and plenty of fun.

 

During our Group Sessions we cover the following 

 

CHAIR YOGA

A modified form of yoga where poses are practiced while seated in a chair or using the chair for support. It's a gentle practice designed to make yoga accessible to individuals with limited mobility, injuries, or those who find it difficult to stand for extended periods.

 

CHAIR PILATES

It's a gentle, low-impact workout suitable for individuals with mobility issues, injuries, or those who prefer seated exercise. The class focuses on strengthening and stretching the body, improving flexibility, balance, and core strength.

 

Mental coaching

Strength starts in the mind.


Mental coaching sessions are designed to help you overcome barriers, build resilience, and create a mindset that supports lasting change. Drawing on my experience in mental health advocacy, addiction recovery and my own life experiences, I’ll help you develop tools for stress management, emotional balance, and self-belief — skills that carry over into every part of your life.


Together, we’ll work on shifting perspectives, breaking negative patterns, and cultivating the mental clarity you need to thrive — in the gym and beyond.
